These three circa 1890
two-story Victorian brick doubles were built
as, one development, along with rowhouses on
the north side of Pearl street. Except for-
3206, the buildings. have their
original full-height first-floor windows. Glazed
double bands of brick at first floor, articulated
by two decorative brick string courses. . Each
house has second-floor wood projecting bay with
paired window and asphalt-shingled hipped gable.
Turned
,brackets. below overhanging pent. 3202. has
had porch removed and, bay stuccoed. 3204 has
had porch altered. 3206 has had porch posts
replaced with iron. 3208, 3210, 3212 have original
turned
