3209:   Circa 1875, two-and-one-half story red brick Victorian house in front, middle, and rear sections, the last of which is probably
a circa 1890 three-story addition. Front block has eaves from
hipped roof; middle block,' gabled roof; rear block, flat roof; front porch removed; rebuilt and enclosed with aluminum siding. Partial aluminum siding 'on second floor and dormer.---Contributing.
     
3211 :   Circa 1890, three-story red brick rowhouse with stone facade; modillioned wood cornice likely built at same time as rear addition to 3209; the two are now connected by fire escape
apparatus. The stone-faced, enclosed porch is a twentieth

3300-02:   Circa 1865, two-and-one-half, story Victorian double; stone facade, large gables with arcuated attic window at roofline of 3300 and smaller gable at roofline of 3302. Each has elaborately-milled porch latticework, turned posts and balustrades; porches wrap around to front (3300) and from the front to the side (3302) Contributing.
     
3304-06:   Circa 1870, two-and-one-half story Second Empire style double with stone facade over brick construction. Original wood porch
with shared gabled entry intact. Modillioned wood cornice. Four dormers with segmental windowheads project from mansard; 3304 has original patterned slate; 3306 replaced with asphalt

3308-10:   Circa 1885, two-and-one-half story Victorian brick double; with
original wood porch. Each house has two-story projecting bays
with battlements. Most windows have multi-pane configuration. Corbelled and pressed brick ornament at cornice gables; slate-

3301:   Circa 1860, Italianate roughcasted brick, three-story house with

3305:   Circa 1870, Second Empire-style, two-and-one-half story, stone house with first-floor full-height windows. Front has been refaced and repointed and porch removed. 3315-17   Circa 1860, two-and-one-half story Italianate-style double, cruciform plan. Brick, gabled end with overhanging and sinuously carved brackets faces Baring Street. First-floor wood projecting bays. Entrances in cross arms. Roofline also has side gables. Paneled facade may be attributed to John Riddell. --- Contributing.
     
3400-02:   Circa 1875, Second Empire-style, two-and-one-half story stone:
double with original wood porch, balustrade addition. Decorative woo.& cornice; paired brackets with triglyph detail. Arcuated lights in dormer windows. Entrance to 3400 within rectangular tower; top of tower removed. Two-and-one-half story bay, projects towards North 34th Street.--- Contributing.
     
3404-06:   Circa 1875, Second Empire-style, two-and-one-half story double; stone facade over brick construction. Original wood porch with
some alterations in 3404.: Wood cornice with paired brackets with triglyph detail. Arcuated windows in dormer, slate shingles, of mansard replaced with asphalt shingles; Circe 1875 alterations to 3404 included three-story projecting bay with decorative pressed metal brick at first floor. ---Contributing
     
3408-10:   Circa 1875, Second Empire-style, two-and-one-half story double
- built by same developer as 3400-02 and 3404-06; porch, fu 11-
height windows, and, slate shingles in excellent condition.---

3412-14:   Circa 1865, Italianate, three-story double with Circa 1905 Colonial Revival porch and fluted pilasters on stone pedestals, dentillated cornice and dentillated second-floor lintels. 3416-18':   Circa 1862, three-story, Italianate double; rough cast over brick, shallow sloping front gable. 3416 has altered porch posts; 3418 has Eastlake-inspired porch detail. The facade is
.symmetrical with central tripartite configurations having blind
middle openings. Architect: possibly Samuel Sloan, 3418 altered in the 1890s by A.W. Dilks. --- Contributing.
     
3401:   Circa 1870, Italianate, two-and-one-half story house, stone, elaborate millwork in wood porch. Entrance is . part of three= story rectangular tower. Front first-floor projecting bay; front gable with heavy modillioned cornice and tripartite arcuated windows below. Building has arcuated and ogee-shaped

3405-07:   Circa 1870, Second Empire-style, two-and-one-half story double;
first-floor arcuated doorways, projecting bays, and wood porch posts with unifying bracketed cornice and bracketed wood cornice below mansard; 3405 has slate shingles; 3407, asphalt. Each house has paired dormer windows. --- Contributing.
     
3409-11:   Circa 1870, Italianate-style, three-story double; stucco over brick. The two houses share modillioned wood cornice. 3409 has
been radically colonialized circa 1950. Stucco stripped and brick painted. Aluminum shutters and asphalt-covered hipped roof porch added. 3411 has remnant of rectangular wood porch

3413-15:   Circa 1875, Italianate-style, three-story double with East lake -inspired wood porch; stone facade over brick. Full-height first-floor windows; double bracketed wood cornice; flat roof. Four registers to each floor having stone segmental lintels. ---Contributing.
     
3417-19:   Circa 1880, Second Empire-style, two-and-one-half story, six register double at the corner of Baring and North 35th Streets.
This building is wider than most others on the street; the original porch extends across this width and along the sides. All first and second floor openings have arched stone lintels. Wood cornice with decorative scrolls. Original s late mansard sheathed with asphalt shingles. Dormers have chalet-style detail across gables. --- Contributing.
