100,
102-04:
  Circa 1880, three three-story brick rowhouses. All second and third floor windows have slightly arched windows and all cornices have elaborately carved scrolls. 102 and 104 have decorative soffit and fascia. First floor 'of 100 altered and windows decreased circa 1950.--- Contributing.
     
106-08   Circa 1870, three-story Italianate style house, white stucco over brick construction. Original wood porch with turned posts intact. Foliated scrolls below original wood cornice. First floor rectangular window, second floor with slightly arched windowheads and third-floor arcuated windows. 3500 Race (108 North 35th) is a brick circa 1880 addition to this house.---Contributing.

105-07:
  Circa 1880, two-and-one-half story Second Empire style double with stone facade over brick, construction. Original wood Victorian porch with shared gabled entry intact. Decorative scrolls under wood cornice. Slate-shingled mansard has four dormers with arched windowheads. 105 and 107, Colonial Revival porch, alterations. --- Contributing.
     
202-02:   Circa 1865, three-story, four-register Italianate style double with smooth stuccoed facade over brick construction and stone
foundation. The building has its originally ornately-carved scrolls beneath the wood cornice of the overhanging flat roof. 200 has its original wood porch, the porch of 202 has been removed and the area enclosed in the attic.--- Contributing.
     
204:   Circa 1865, three-story, five-register Italianate style house with smooth stuccoed facade. rusticated smooth stone quoins and large elaborately carved double wood brackets below the wood cornice of the overhanging flat roof. The first floor has full-height windows and a circa 1900 neo-Federal style architrave with slender fluted columns and delicately dentillated pediment.
The original porch has been removed.--- Contributing.
     
206   Circa 1865. Italianate style, three story, house with smooth stuccoed brick facade, rusticated smooth stone quoins and elaborately carved large double wood brackets below cornice of flat roof. Circa 1900 Colonial Revival porch added with turned balustrade, Tuscan columns and semicircular portico with dentillated and modillioned cornice.--- Contributing.

306   Circa 1895, late Queen Anne; style two-and-one-half story building of Pompeiian brick. Two-story projecting bay, arched entry. porch wall, and windows. Shallow pitched hipped roof
