Haverford Ave. Joseph was a 45-year-old marble polisher who was born in
England. He claimed $600 in personal property. His wife, Sarah (47) was also
born in England. They had three children. Annie was 20.

Pritner by George Watts
Mary A. Pritner was the widow of
John H. Pritner. She lived at 3620 Hamilton St. In 1874, she
was about 69 years old. She was born in Maryland. She purchased this as an
investment property and probably never lived here.
