The History of the Building

 

3828-3832: “two-story, two-register brick rowhouses; corbelled brick consoles; wood cornices. 3830 clad with permastone. — Contributing.”

“Windows: Original trim survives; sash unknown (replacements). Addition: Two story, one bay stucco addition on rear (south) elevation, visible on west side… Molded wood cornice along north façade reduced to flat wood fascia on west (side) elevation; modern stucco added to north façade at

foundation.”
