3822-3824: “three-story dark brick rowhouse with brownstone sills and lintels; carved wood surrounds; band of angled red and tan brick below dentillated brick and metal cornice.”

            “Residents of the 17th and Spring Garden sts. area are said to have threatened to bomb a property at 1731 Spring Garden which was recently bought by Mrs. Juanita Green, a nurse of 3824 Hamilton st....”
