This building is not shown on the Scott Atlas published in 1878.

 

3800-3802: “rowhouses with commercial first floor. 3800 has circa 1930 black and white tiled front. 3802 has Victorian wood sbopfront with elaborate cornice detail repeated in roof cornice of both buildings. Stone segmented lintels and sills. This row ·originally included 3804 and 3806 (demolished) and 3808 (still standing). --- Contributing.”
