3213-3221: “three-story Victorian red brick rowhouses
with splayed brick lintels, pressed brick belt course and decorative tiles. Corbelled
brick cornice. 3213 and 3215 porch removed; .3217porch original; 3219 and 3221
have circa 1940 wrought iron.”
