“3208-3210: two-and-one-half
story; Second Empire-style double with stone facade over brick construction;'
most of' original wood porch details; first floor bay windows intact; some
aluminum siding. 3208 wood cornice and part of wall below damaged; 3210 cornice
removed and replaced with aluminum; original four dormers with segmental window
heads in mansard; 3208 has original slate shingles; 3210 has had shingles
removed and stucco added”
