He was the son of Charles C. Sellers
(see 1900). He was about 28 years old in 1891. In 1900, he, his wife Lucy N.
Sellers and their daughter, Emmeline, were living in Kinsley, Edwards Co.,
Kansas. He was a clerk in a dry goods store.
1895 Directory: Edward H. Sellers, salesman
1899: “C. Cadwallader Sellers, aged 74, of 434 North
Thirty-third street, was stabbed with a pair of scissors by a colored
servant girl at his house late on Tuesday night. The girl left the house, and
the police are looking for her.” (Inquirer,

was married to L. M. Johnson, a press foreman for a printing company. They had
three daughters and six sons ages 3 to 23 in 1930. L.M. Johnson died April 23,
1943. Miles Carrington Johnson was born in Bridgeport, W. V. on Aug. 16, 1924 so he was actually 15 in April, 1940. In March, 1943, he enlisted as a Private in the army. He had
completed 4 years of high school. In 1974, he was issued a patent for a voltage
regulator circuit. Edward Meredith Johnson was born Aug. 26, 1926
so he was 13 in April, 1940. He enlisted as a Private in the army in Nov. 1944.
He had completed high school.
