            In 1895, Elanor M. Ramsey lived at 3750 Lancaster Ave.

1889 Directory: Beerwald Elias, tailor

 Beerwald August, salesman

            The 1892 directory lists Elias Berwald, tailor, and Augustus, salesman, living at 1257 N. 10th St. The 1900 census lists Elias as Charles. He immigrated in 1859. He and Rachel were living at 2143 N. Eighth St. with daughters Fanny, Charlotte (Lotta) and Pauline. He was still working as a tailor. Charlotte was a saleslady.

 

1900 Directory: Cobbett Alfred, salesman

 Coll Jose A., salesman

            Alfred H. Cobbett was a salesman for a spool co. The 1900 census lists him living at 2446 Stanl;ey St. with his wife and three children. He was born in England in 1864.

            Jose Coll was the son of Santiago and Katie Coll. He was born in 1877. His father was born in Spain. His mother’s parents were born in Germany. The 1900 census shows them living at 3628 Lancaster Ave.

 

1900: Apparently empty at time of the census.
