(side) wall is exposed red brick…. Bracketed wood cornices at first story
commercial storefront and building cornice…. White marble window lintels and
sills at second and third story; white marble steps and threshold at commercial
and residential doorways, northeast facade. Commercial storefront window and
transom have been modified; second and third story windows have been replaced.”
