Garden St. They are no longer standing). It was built by Jacob
Aman and his brother, William Aman (3525 Hamilton
St.).

There was an apparently premature announcement of a sale: “William C. Scull
sold to Jacob Schreiber the three-story property at Thirty-sixth and Spring
Garden streets, which has a lot 25 by 109 feet and which is assessed at
$20,000. St ores and apartments will be erected on the lot, it was announced.”
