314-336 N. 31st St. were acquired by the Penlaun Corp. between about 1947-1950. The houses were torn down and the area sold to the Pennsylvania Laundry Co. about 1951.

            Ann Bogia was the widow of Valentine Bogia. She was a member of the Old St George Methodist Episcopal Church. The 1860 census lists her as a milliner. The 1867 directory lists her living at 425 N. 10th St. Matthew C. Bogia was also listed at that address.

1892, Apr. 11: Death of Daniel C Raymond, 48 years old, of 336 N. 31st St. He was born in Phoenixville, Pa. He was a constable and collector.

 

1897 Directory: John E. Vanstatter, engineer

 

1897, Jan. 19: Death of Mamie E. Vannatter, 28 years old, of 336 N. 31st St. She was born in Phoenixville, Pa. and was single.
