and Jos. L. Keen, sad irons at Washington [Market] above Crammond
[33rd St. south of Market] (West Phila.). The 1857 directory only includes the
latter listing.

appears that Mrs. Leamy’s full name was Florence
Beatrice. The 1911 directory (from Fall, 1910) lists him at 315 N. 37th St. His family lived at the
corner of 33rd and Spring Garden (435 N. 33rd
St.).
1914: “Settlement has been made for the
purchase of 3316 Spring Garden st. between Mary
Massey and Mrs. John S. Lingee, grantors, and Gilbert
S. Parker. This is a three-story residence with lot 36 feet by 218 feet to Hamilton street. The consideration is a nominal one. The
property is assessed at $7800. The sale was made by Edgar C. Cross, acting for
