The Philadelphia
Real Estate Record and Builders' Guide for June, 13, 1934 lists the
awarding of a contract for alterations or additions to a warehouse at this
address for the Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Co. The contractor was Louis Rosengarten.
1942: The stable at 3302
Hamilton St. was conveyed by the Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Co., trustee, to
E. Huntzinger. The lot was 30x104 and was assessed at
