3213-3221: “three-story Victorian red brick rowhouses with splayed brick lintels, pressed brick belt course and decorative tiles. Corbelled brick cornice. 3213 and 3215 porch removed;

            Mary Margaret Berry and Michael J. Keily got a marriage license in Philadelphia in 1897. She died Dec. 9, 1905 when they were living at 3211 Powelton Ave.

David Hargreaves Roche was a Private in K Co., 14th Pennsylvania Cavalry from April 1861 to June 1865. The 1897 directory lists him at 602 N. 32nd St. He died July 9, 1906 when they were living at 3211 Powelton Ave.
