3213-3221: “three-story Victorian red brick rowhouses
with splayed brick lintels, pressed brick belt course and decorative tiles.
Corbelled brick cornice. 3213 and 3215 porch removed;”

1897 directory lists him at 602 N. 32nd St. He died July 9, 1906
when they were living at 3211 Powelton Ave.
