George Wiegand owned and built 3806-3816
Spring Garden St. and 3807-3817 Hamilton St. However, 3806 and 3808 were torn
down and replaced in 2012.

3806-26 on south side: “Three-story,
two-register brick Victorian rowhouse with pressed brick belt course; corbelled
brick and metal cornice. 3806 ‘’L’-shaped end of development; most have
Victorian porches, 3812 later alteration; 3822 has first floor aluminum sided;
3826 has been altered and entire1y stuccoed.--- Contributing. ”

Patrick
Finerghty immigrated in 1846. He died Aug. 8, 1902 when they were living at 3711
Spring Garden St. He worked as a laborer. He was
illiterate and signed his will with an X. When his will was registered in 1905,
Rose was living at 1205 N. 52nd St. He owned a property at 854 S. 6th St. which was
valued at $600.
