3616-18: “two-and-one-half story Second Empire style double; smooth ashlar Pennsylvania marble facade, tooled. Porch fronted, bay on either side of entries. Pierced cornice. Asphalt sheet over 3618 mansard; metal cornice at top of mansard; 3616 in poor condition.--- Contributing”

            The 1878 directory lists Anthon M. Bosse as a salesman at 543 N. 16th St. The 1876 directory lists his home as 533 N. 11th St.

The 1878 directory lists him living at 610 N. 39th St.

1916 Directory: Griffin Nicholas J.

            In 1900, he lived at 3414 Race St. with his wife and five children. His son, Nicholas, Jr. had moved to 331 N. 34th St.
