          The 1879 directory lists Mary Sellers Bancroft at 3300 Baring St. In 1890, Stephen and Elizabeth Parrish lived at 3407 Spring Garden St. In 1900, they lived in Cornish, Sullivan Co., New Hampshire.

          Maxfield Parrish became the most popular artist in the U.S. in the early 20th century.
